3rd Annual Alzheimer’s Caregivers Symposium – Kenneth A. Smaltz Sr. Foundation

The Kenneth A. Smaltz Sr Foundation for the Care and Cure of Alzheimer’s was established in 2011 and became a 501c3 organization in August of 2012. The founder, current President and board chair is Kenneth A. Smaltz , Jr.

The Smaltz Foundation offers support for people living with dementia, their families and caregivers and provides leadership in dementia services and policies.

The 3rd Annual Alzheimer’s Caregivers Symposium featured experts and resource providers with insightful information for all attendees.
